Privacy Policy

How Ayush Health handles your personal data when you visit our website or get in touch with us, and how you can control it.

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit www.ayushhealth.ai or contact us through it, why we collect it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@ayushhealth.ai.

1.Who we are

Ayush Healthcare Technologies Private Limited ("Ayush Health", "we", "us") decides how and why personal data collected through this website is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for that data.

For any question, request or grievance about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at contact@ayushhealth.ai.

2.What this policy covers

This policy covers only this website and the enquiries you send us through it or by email.

It does not cover the Ayush Health platform that clinics and hospitals use to care for their patients. Patient and staff information in the platform is handled on behalf of those clinics and hospitals, under agreements with them. If you are a patient and have a question about your records, please contact your clinic or hospital.

3.Personal data we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we record:

  • your full name
  • your work email address
  • your phone number, if you give it
  • the name of your organisation and the type of organisation
  • your message, if you write one
  • that you gave consent, and the version of the consent wording you agreed to
  • the page you sent the form from
  • a reference number we create and show you
  • the country your request came from, as worked out by our hosting provider from your connection
  • the date and time we received it

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

When you visit any page, our hosting and security provider processes technical information needed to deliver the website safely: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you request and when. We do not record your IP address with your enquiry.

Before the contact form is sent, an automatic check confirms it is being used by a person and not a bot. This check processes your IP address and technical details about your browser and connection. It does not read what you type in the form.

4.Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange the demo you asked for and follow up on that conversation.
  • To keep a record that you gave consent.
  • To protect the website and our enquiry form from spam, bots and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you contacted us.

6.Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process personal data only on our instructions and to provide their service to us:

Cloudflare, Inc.
Hosts the website, protects it from attacks, runs the automatic bot check and receives your form before it is recorded.
Google LLC (Google Workspace)
Records enquiries from the contact form in our enquiries spreadsheet, and provides our email.

Inside Ayush Health, only the people who need to respond to or follow up on your enquiry can see it. We share personal data with anyone else only if the law requires us to.

7.Where your data is processed

Our service providers run global networks, so your personal data may be processed on servers outside Bharat. Any such transfer is made only as permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8.How long we keep it

We keep the details of your enquiry until we have responded and any follow-up is complete, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that, we delete them.

If you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we delete it within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

9.How we protect it

  • The website only works over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so what you send is protected in transit.
  • Enquiries are recorded in a spreadsheet that only authorised members of our team can open.
  • Our website does not write what you type into its logs.
  • Our service providers are bound to protect the data they process for us.

10.Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

Access
Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it and who we have shared it with.
Correction and updating
Ask us to correct, complete or update personal data that is wrong or out of date.
Erasure
Ask us to delete personal data we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Withdraw consent
Stop us using the details you gave us through the contact form, at any time.
Grievance redressal
Raise a complaint with us about how we have handled your personal data, and get a response.
Nomination
Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so.

To use any of these rights, email contact@ayushhealth.ai with the subject "Privacy request". Tell us which right you want to use and, if you have it, the reference number shown when you sent the contact form. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

We respond as soon as we can, and in any case within 90 days, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 require.

11.Complaints to the Data Protection Board

Please contact us first so we can put things right. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board constituted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

12.Children

This website is meant for healthcare organisations and professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email contact@ayushhealth.ai and we will delete them.

13.Cookies

Our website does not set cookies of its own, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the website and to run the automatic bot check. These are not used to track you across other websites.

14.Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
